Choose the Execute tab. (See Figure 64.)

Enter the command to start the application in the Execute field.
NOTE: If this application can accept a data file name as a
parameter when launched (for example, the name of a
graphic file to immediately display), add the parameter %f
after the executable name. For example, enter
xv %f

If you want to change the icon for this application, click on the default
icon graphic and select an icon in the Select Icon dialog box.

Choose OK to close the Properties dialog box.

Click on the new icon from the File Manager window to launch the
application.
After creating a KDE Link file, you can always update the information in the file
(such as changing its name or options) by right-clicking on the icon and choosing
Properties from the pop-up menu.
